We want you to love your Ocushield eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all our fashion-forward blue light blocking glasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or style, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange style within 5-7 business days.
